Yoga programs are structured to balance and stimulate, with gradual progression and without forcing, the vital forces that act inside the body and are responsible for maintaining the body's physiological functions and the psychic sphere, the practice of yoga is also good for children and adolescents who learn the practice of silence and attention. Currently are active yoga classes for adults and children, the annual program is developed in theoretical modules and practical. The courses are divided into three levels: basic, intermediate and more intense practice and advanced intense practice of pranayama and satkarma. Lessons are organized with seminars based on topics of great interest and practical utility, as breathing, meditation, purification, mantra, sanskrit, practice of silence, eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga of Patanjali and many other topics.
