Associazione Yogananda's aim is to promote yoga as a state of consciousnes and to deepen the sharing of such research, putting the power of yoga to the service of society. The Association is a non-profit organization founded with the aim of spreading the teaching and discipline of Yoga, it is a sefe meeting place for all who are interested in Yoga. To train highly qualified yoga teachers, in accordance with the standards and programs of Yoga Alliance International and  International Yoga Federation and Yoga Alliance is one of the many purposes of Associazione Yogananda. Yoga is able to detect disharmonies and imbalances of the pupil and its capability and to identify the appropriate tecniques (postural and energetic) sufficient to reharmonize the body/mind. Teachers of Yoga Alliance International and International Yoga Federation are recognized internationally.

Swami Vidyanand is president of Yoga Alliance International, he is member of International Yoga Federation and of Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Associazione Yogananda is the only rapresentetive in Italy of Yoga Alliance International and the only school to be able to issue certificate in Italy on bhalf of Yoga Alliance International. Teacher who are certified at our headquaters are entered in the Yoga Alliance International' s website.
